*4.1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges*

* You (the customer) may bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated (e.g. for defective items).

* Upon receipt of returned item, we inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions.

* Once dispatched, it falls under our return policy.
* If cancellation is accepted, we will refund the full amount (excluding any bank/processing fees, if applicable).
